Application Process

FRESHMEN APPLICANTS

The application process for incoming freshmen includes the following:

- Submit an Inqury Form and then schedule a Shadow Visit

- The HSPT entrance exam, conducted at Regis Jesuit - December 4, 2010.

- A completed on-line application, including student and parent essays, due December 8, 2010.

- Letters of recommendation (forms available for download) submitted directly to the Admission Director at Regis Jesuit High School, due December 8, 2010.

Recommendation Form from an Administrator/Counselor

- Official transcripts from 6th, 7th and current 8th grade transcript submitted directly to the Admission Director at Regis Jesuit High School, due December 8, 2010.

- A personal interview with a member of the Regis Jesuit faculty.  Applicants will be contacted directly with details as to how to register for interview times.

TRANSFER POLICY
Regis Jesuit will accept freshman (semester break only), sophomore and junior transfers on a space available basis. Decisions on transfer applicants will be based on previous merit and the availability of space within the class. Regis Jesuit does not accept senior transfers unless they have completed three years at another Jesuit high school. All transfer applicants will be interviewed by a member of the Regis Jesuit faculty. A member of the Admissions Committee will contact the applicant to schedule the interview.

The application process for transfer students includes the following:

- A completed on-line application, including student and parent essays, due November 1 for semester transfers and        June 15 for summer transfers.

- Letters of recommendation (forms available online for download) submitted directly to the Admission Director at Regis Jesuit High School.

- Official transcripts from the previous three years of school, including the grade transcript submitted directly to the Admission Director at Regis Jesuit High School.

- A personal interview with a member of the Regis Jesuit faculty.  Applicants will be contacted directly for scheduling.
