Coronavirus Information

Regis Jesuit is here to assist families in this time of crisis. If you or someone you know is adversely affected during this time and would like to ask questions or share how the virus might be directly or indirectly impacting their lives, please email President David Card at presidentsoffice@regisjesuit.com
Our school counselors and nurses are also available to address questions and concerns.
Regis Jesuit is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for our students, faculty and staff. In response to COVID-19, we have created this resource page that will be updated regularly with news from the school.

In adherence with recommendations from public health officials around social distancing to prevent community spread of coronavirus, access to our campus is restricted from March 13 until at least April 17, 2020.

This is an anxious time for the entire community. We are proud to be an inclusive and welcoming community that offers each other support and strength by showing kindness and compassion. Members of the Regis Jesuit community have family and loved ones across the country and around the globe. We ask that all remember that COVID-19 is not connected to any race, ethnicity or nationality.

The health and well-being of our community members remain our top priority. May grace and God continue to be our companions as we journey through these uncharted waters.

"Grace unfolds under us as we need it."  - Sr. Helen Prejean, CSJ

  • UPDATE 03.19.20 - CAMPUS CLOSURE EXTENDED

It is not easy to know how to keep on hoping, and we must all answer this question in our own way. It seems that everything is against hope. But for me at least, where I see there has been great love, I see hope being born again. This is not a rational conclusion. Perhaps it is not even theological. It is simply true: love produces hope, and great love produces great hope.”
-Jon Sobrino, SJ, Companions of Jesus, 56

    Dear Regis Jesuit Community -

Like many of you, we learned last night that Governor Polis signed an executive order suspending in-person learning in all public and private Colorado schools from Monday, March 23 through Friday, April 17 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Per this order and at this time, all students, including those at Regis Jesuit, would not return to campus until Monday, April 20. You can read the press release and executive order here.
