Coronavirus Information

Regis Jesuit is here to assist families in this time of crisis. If you or someone you know is adversely affected during this time and would like to ask questions or share how the virus might be directly or indirectly impacting their lives, please email President David Card at
Our school counselors and nurses are also available to address questions and concerns.
Regis Jesuit is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for our students, faculty and staff. In response to COVID-19, we have created this resource page that will be updated regularly with news from the school.

In adherence with recommendations from public health officials around social distancing to prevent community spread of coronavirus, access to our campus is restricted until further notice.

This is an anxious time for the entire community. We are proud to be an inclusive and welcoming community that offers each other support and strength by showing kindness and compassion. Members of the Regis Jesuit community have family and loved ones across the country and around the globe. We ask that all remember that COVID-19 is not connected to any race, ethnicity or nationality.

The health and well-being of our community members remain our top priority. May grace and God continue to be our companions as we journey through these uncharted waters.

"Grace unfolds under us as we need it."  - Sr. Helen Prejean, CSJ

Greetings from Regis Jesuit! We pray that you and your family are safe and healthy and coping with life during COVID-19 as best you can. This pandemic has challenged our world at a pace that was simply unimaginable just a few months ago, and there is nothing more important right now than the communities we hold most dear, starting with our families. We hope yours is well.

We want to begin by thanking our parents for the remarkable commitment you shared with us to ensure our students’ continued engagement in their academic development during this challenging time. While this extraordinary period has been marked by unrelenting uncertainty, we are moved by our students’ faith-filled determination not only to persevere but also to inspire. Notable examples of this include the Class of 2020’s Capstone projects, which are a culmination of their four years at Regis Jesuit, and a reflection on the hallmarks of the Graduate at Graduation. Seniors creatively described how their experiences at RJ transformed them into the people they are today. After only a few weeks of living with the pandemic and a new approach to school, our students and their families signed up for more than 600 at-home service opportunities, offering support to our local community. The Performing Arts programs created virtual performances for the world to enjoy. Our chemistry students participated in the Tournament of Elements, an opportunity to defend their favorite element against their classmates.
