BOYS LACROSSE HONORS VETERANS THROUGH WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA CEREMONY

Over the Christmas break, 15 members of the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team, along with Coach Flannery and several parents participated in the Wreaths Across America ceremony at Fairmount Cemetery in Denver to pay tribute to fallen soldiers and those who currently serve in the armed services. The mission of the National Wreaths Across America Day is to host ceremonies nationwide each December, including at Arlington National Cemetery and at more than 2500 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad, laying wreaths on each hero’s grave to remember those who have fallen, honor those who currently serve and their families and teach future generations about the sacrifices made to preserve our freedoms. We are proud of our students for being with and for Others and showing their gratitude to those who have given so much.
