REGIS JESUIT CELEBRATES CATHOLIC SCHOOL’S WEEK
Sponsored by the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA), Catholic Schools Week is recognized annually during the last week of January for nearly 50 years. This year, Regis Jesuit acknowledged the week by remembering the mission of Catholic education in our prayers and at First Friday Mass, sharing quotes from faculty and staff about the importance of Catholic education and sending shoutouts to our Catholic primary schools on social media, providing donuts in gratitude for our educators, and spending some time in theology classes learning about the history of Catholic education in Denver. The following members of our faculty and staff were recognized in a recent article in Denver Catholic for their cumulative years of service to Catholic education in the archdiocese. Some of these individuals have served exclusively at Regis Jesuit. Others worked in other schools throughout the archdiocese before joining our community. RJTV did a nice shoutout to them ahead of our celebration of Catholic Schools Week.
