VARSITY FIELD HOCKEY WINS BACK-TO-BACK STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

The undefeated Varsity Field Hockey Team earned a back-to-back State Championship defeating the state's top-scoring Colorado Academy on Monday, November 1 at All-City Stadium. The Raiders' Katie Loftus '22 scored the lone goal in the first quarter, while goaltender MaryKate Berg '23 made some incredible saves, shutting out the Mustangs by a final score of 1-0. Loftus finishes the season second in the state in goals scored with 18 goals and third in the state in total points scored with 47 total points. This is the Raiders' second State Title in six months following their 2020-21 Championship win during CHSAA Season C back in April 2021 and third in program history. Way to go, Raiders!
