Inspire & Ignite 2025

Inspire & Ignite 2025 is Regis Jesuit High School’s unwavering vision for access, innovation and excellence—one that will form our students to be promoters of reconciliation in our world—young people who seek right relationships with God, humanity and creation. Regis Jesuit has identified three major funding initiatives that undergird the success of the school's strategic plan and will require the commitment of our entire community of mission partners.

  • What is Advancement?

Regis Jesuit’s Advancement team partners closely with parents, parents of alumni, grandparents, alumni, students, faculty and staff to build community, foster meaningful engagement and promote a culture of philanthropy. The relationships we nurture directly benefit our students and advance the mission of the school.
  • Why does Regis Jesuit need to fundraise?

Regis Jesuit High School relies on tax-deductible donations to enhance the Raider experience for every student. We invite all members of the RJ community to join together philanthropically in support of the transformational mission, values and strategic vision of the school. Gifts in support of any of our funding initiatives help advance the strategic vision of the school. Every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact on current and future RJ students!

Ways to Give

List of 7 items.

  • Gifts of Cash/Check/Online Donations

Please consider making your gift using your credit card or direct debit through our secure website, via stock or wire transfer or a donor-advised fund.

Checks can be made out to “Regis Jesuit High School” and mailed to:
    Regis Jesuit High School
    Attn: Advancement Office
    6300 South Lewiston Way
    Aurora, CO 80016

  • Gifts of In-Kind Donations

Gifts in-kind are generally defined as non-cash donations of equipment or supplies that have been purchased by the donor and given to the school to meet a specific purpose or need such as gift cards, books, equipment, software, licenses, food, supplies and furnishings.
  • Gifts of Stocks/Securities

Using publicly-traded stock to make a gift to Regis Jesuit can be a tax-wise method of giving, especially if the stock has appreciated in value since you acquired it. Giving appreciated stock saves you tax dollars in two ways:
    • First, you will receive an income-tax deduction for the current value of the stock. This value is the average of the high and low trading price on the transfer date.
    • Second, you avoid paying the tax on the capital gain of the stock. So that we can be sure to accurately match the donation to you, please alert an Advancement team member that you have made a gift of stock.

  • Gifts from an IRA Distribution

Donors who are at least 70½ years of age or older may transfer up to $100,000 from an IRA directly to a qualifying charity such as Regis Jesuit High School. These otherwise taxable distributions can satisfy your annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) and exclude these funds from your taxable income.
  • Gifts from a Donor-Advised Fund

A donor-advised fund, which is like a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to Regis Jesuit High School and other charities. You transfer cash or other assets to a tax-exempt sponsoring organization such as a public foundation. You can then recommend-but not direct-how much and how often money is granted. In return, you qualify for a federal income tax charitable deduction at the time you contribute to the account.
  • Gifts from an Employer Match

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest! The impact of your gift may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
  • Gifts from Legacy Planning

When you include Regis Jesuit in your will or estate plan, you become a member of the St. John Francis Regis Legacy Society, which recognizes your important contribution and demonstrates your commitment to the mission of Regis Jesuit.
I saw my parents putting money in the collection plate every week and I learned early on that giving back is incredibly important. When I look at the places I can support, I choose the ones that are most deserving and also will be the most appreciative. For me, Regis Jesuit certainly fits that criteria.” – Mike Armistead ‘82
