Advancement Events

Throughout the year, the Advancement Office hosts a variety of events for our alumni, parents, faculty, staff and companions to build community, foster meaningful engagement and promote a culture of philanthropy that advances the mission of Regis Jesuit.

  • Pig Roast

    Held in August, the first Advancement event of the school year includes Mass followed by a Pig Roast at the Jesuit Residence. You don't want to miss this fun annual tradition! 
  • Rudy Cup Golf Tournament

    Regis Jesuit's annual community golf tournament takes place in the fall and benefits the Rudy Brada Memorial Scholarship and continue to help ensure a Catholic, Jesuit education remains accessible to those who qualify for financial aid at Regis Jesuit. 
  • Grandparents Day

    Held in the fall, the Grandparents Day Mass and Brunch is a lovely celebration of faith and family with students and grandparents or other special adults.

  • Remembrance Mass

    Held annually in November, we pray for those members of our community who have passed away this past year in a celebration of the Eucharist and a special reading of names of the deceased with a candle lighting ceremony.
  • President's Reception

    The President's Reception is held annually in December in recognition of generous supporters of Regis Jesuit High School. Invitations are extended to qualified financial supporters, key volunteer leaders, and representatives of Jesuit and other Catholic institutions.
  • LARK Dinner-Auction

    Held annually in the spring, LARK is the premier fundraising event at Regis Jesuit High School. Proceeds support the Inspire & Ignite Fund and advance the strategic vision of the school to ensure an excellent student body through financial aid, essential formative programs and an innovative campus environment.
  • Alumni Events

    Throughout the year, there are alumni events such as reunions, masses and career fairs to foster alumni relations and community.

Volunteer With Advancement

The support of parents, alumni and friends through assistance at activities and community events is encouraged, welcomed and appreciated. Involvement on campus is the best way to fully embrace the Raider experience! There are numerous Advancement events throughout the school year to fit every interest, skill set and level of involvement.
Please fill out our school-wide volunteer form to indicate your interests and availability. If you have an interest in helping with a specific Advancement event, you can indicate that in the comment box at the end of the form. Listed on this page are some of the volunteer opportunities that are available within the Advancement Office.

  • Advancement Office Volunteers - Ongoing

    Volunteers are needed to help with general office tasks—data entry, phone calls, mailings and other projects between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • LARK Dinner-Auction Planning - Ongoing

    The annual LARK Dinner-Auction is Regis Jesuit’s largest community fundraising event. Volunteers are needed from September to April for a variety of roles from serving on the steering committee to data entry to driving to pick up donations. There is no skill we cannot use! 
  • Pig Roast - Late Summer

    The Advancement Office sponsors the Pig Roast. A Regis Jesuit tradition, the Pig Roast takes place at the nearby Jesuit Residence, where community members who purchased tickets at LARK join for fellowship and food to kick off the school year. Volunteers are needed for set up, clean up and parking direction.
  • The Rudy Cup Golf Tournament - Fall

    Come enjoy a beautiful summer day volunteering for The Rudy Cup Golf Tournament, which is enjoyed by alumni, parents, students, faculty and friends of Regis Jesuit. You can help ahead of time by stuffing gift bags.
  • Alumni Homecoming BBQ - Fall

    In the fall, all alumni and their families are invited back to campus for an informal gathering before attending a Regis Jesuit Homecoming football game. The Alumni Relations Office is looking for volunteers to help with event set up, registration, and clean up.
  • President's Reception - December 

    The President's Reception is held annually in recognition of generous supporters of Regis Jesuit High School. Hosted by the President and the Advancement Office, this annual reception honors members of the President's Club, those who have made gifts at the $1877 level or higher during the prior fiscal year or since the beginning of the current fiscal year. The Advancement Office is looking for people who can help cleanup after the event.
  • LARK Dinner-Auction - April

    Day Of
    The Advancement Office relies on many volunteers the day of LARK, Regis Jesuit’s biggest fundraiser event. A myriad of opportunities throughout the day are available such as decorating the venue, helping with registration, running the auction, cleaning up and so much more!

    Wrap Up
    After the festivities, there is still a lot of work to be done! The Advancement Office needs volunteers in the weeks following LARK to organize items and supplies.
