RJ HOCKEY SENDS MESSAGES OF SUPPORT TO CHILDHOOD CANCER WARRIORS

In partnership with the Make It Better organization, members of the RJ Hockey team showed solidarity with kids battling cancer through a special service project that started this September. The team got together and signed pucks for childhood cancer warriors and wrote special notes with words of encouragement for each of the 31 kids who need their support.
Players also recorded video messages for each of the kids telling them that the team and the entire RJ community are rooting for them. The messages aired during the livestream of the Raiders' game against Valor in October, where the entire team took to the ice wearing superhero capes representing each of the cancer warriors.

Way to be with and for Others!
