REGIS JESUIT STUDENTS ATTEND FUNERAL OF UNKNOWN TEEN

In early February, some Regis Jesuit students participated in the funeral of an unknown teenager with no known family as part of the St. Joseph of Arimathia Society. In a similar spirit of service, students recently attended a Precious Lives Burial service at St. Simeon Catholic Cemetery, presided over by alumnus and former Regis Jesuit teacher Deacon John Ferraro ’82, to mourn babies lost during pregnancy or at birth.

We are proud of our students for participating in this ministry of accompaniment, standing with our brothers and sisters in Christ in death, and affirming that every life is worthy of dignity and love.

Thank you for putting your faith into action and living as Men and Women with and for Others.
