We are a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory high school serving nearly 1700 young men and women in grades 9-12 in becoming Men and Women with and for Others.
With nearly 150 years of history behind us, we are a Roman Catholic educational community rooted firmly in the nearly 500-year-old model of Jesuit education, leading the way in preparing students for the 21st century.
Our unique educational model combines the advantages of single-sex instruction with opportunities for young men and women to collaborate, serve, pray and socialize together to form the whole person—mind, body and spirit.
The strength of Regis Jesuit is found in the depth and diversity of its broad community of students, parents and alumni who strengthen and share their gifts through a lifelong Raider experience.
The transformational student experience has been developed thanks to a long tradition of generous philanthropic support of our enduring educational mission.
This week, the Regis Jesuit community celebrated Vocation Awareness Week, a special time dedicated to recognizing and supporting the many vocations within the Catholic Church. On October 22, all 15 Jesuit novices from the Central and Southern Province of the Society of Jesus joined students in the Blessed Rupert Mayer Chapel for a special Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, praying for vocations throughout the Church. The following day, October 23, the Theology Department welcomed the Sisters of Life, who shared insights into their ministry in Denver with students during the lunch period.
Vocation Awareness Week is an annual celebration of prayer, education and discernment that encourages vocations to the priesthood, diaconate and consecrated religious life, while supporting those who are exploring God’s call in their lives. Through these meaningful experiences, students had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of vocational discernment and the many ways individuals can serve the Church and others.
