We are a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory high school serving nearly 1700 young men and women in grades 9-12 in becoming Men and Women with and for Others.
With nearly 150 years of history behind us, we are a Roman Catholic educational community rooted firmly in the nearly 500-year-old model of Jesuit education, leading the way in preparing students for the 21st century.
Our unique educational model combines the advantages of single-sex instruction with opportunities for young men and women to collaborate, serve, pray and socialize together to form the whole person—mind, body and spirit.
The strength of Regis Jesuit is found in the depth and diversity of its broad community of students, parents and alumni who strengthen and share their gifts through a lifelong Raider experience.
The transformational student experience has been developed thanks to a long tradition of generous philanthropic support of our enduring educational mission.
The groups spent their final day working with Rick and Jerry on ramps. The rain cut our extraordinary work short, and we returned to home base to eat dinner, socialize, and spend the final night with each other.
Group 1 spent the day cutting, digging, measuring, and decking a five-platform ramp. They were very close to the finish line but lightning cut time short. During work they listened to country music and saw a giant wasp, which they avoided by eating lunch on their new patio! Barbara came out and talked about how helpful the ramp would be for her. Group 2 started out the day demolishing an old staircase, then built a new platform to eventually start building a new ramp. During work they spent time with Zip-tie (the dog), conversed with the owners, and later got soaked by the rain! After drilling, cutting and digging, the rain led Group 2 back to home base. Once all back together we had pizza for dinner, cleaned up the dorms, and relished the last night together! #orangesaresosweethere #theyareallgonenow #orangesliveon #gonebutnotforgetten
