TRACK & FIELD TEAMS DELIVER STRONG PERFORMANCE AT 5A STATE MEET

Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Track & Field teams for their strong showing at the Class 5A State Meet, held May 14–16 at JeffCo Stadium. For the boys team, Luke Lanoha ’27 sprinted to a fourth-place finish in the 200-meter dash, earning Second Team All-State honors. Alex Smith ’26 capped off an outstanding career by clearing 13’10” in the pole vault to finish eighth, securing All-State Honorable Mention recognition. Representing the girls team, freshman standout McKenna Groen ’29 delivered a remarkable performance in the 1600-meter run, placing ninth and earning All-State Honorable Mention honors in her debut season.
