Faculty Compensation Meets Parity Goal

Faculty compensation goal of 95% parity with surrounding districts reached
Part of the school's commitment to supporting Ignatian educators is ensuring our faculty, who are working harder than ever, receive fair and competitive compensation so we can attract and retain the excellent talent needed to ensure the success of our mission.

In the summer of 2020, we reverted our tuition for the 2020-21 current school year to the previous year’s rate to assist our families with the economic impacts of COVID. However, in November 2020, the Board of Trustees voted to implement salary increases in November retroactive to August 1, 2020. This increase brought us to our goal of 95% parity of faculty salaries with surrounding districts this year, allowing us to continue our focus on faculty excellence.
