Preseason starts now! All event groups are lifting with Landow Performance. Distance - long runs, Jumps & Hurdles - drilling, Sprints/Throws- improving the Four Ps of speed (Posture, Positions, Placement, & Patterns).
This is the preseason schedule as we move towards the spring season: Jan 13th-Feb 21st (Only on days school is scheduled).
Thursday: 3pm Distance Run w/ Coach Drysdale & Coach Bruno
Friday: 3pm Distance Run w/ Coach Drysdale & Coach Bruno
*We do not expect to see any students who are participating on a Regis Jesuit winter sports team.
Juniors and Seniors should try to make preseason workouts during service projects, if possible.
As all preseason work is optional, please know that we will be strength training with Landow Performance as part of our in-season programing. All track & field student-athletes need to be registered for Landow Performance training by March 2nd.
