Examen of Consciousness
Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, Regis Jesuit High School invites all members of the community to practice the Examen of Consciousness each day.
At a designated time, all work and activities pause as students and staff reflect on God’s presence in their lives through the Ignatian Examen:
- How has God been actively present in my life?
- How have I responded to God’s presence in my life?
- How do I wish to respond to God’s loving presence moving forward?
