SPRING SPORTS RECAPS

Read below to learn how our Raider sports teams performed this spring. More details, including post-season honors and awards, can be found on our website on the individual team pages. Great job, Raiders!
  • BaseballSTATE RUNNERS-UP! The Continental League Champion Raiders took second place at the 5A State Tournament for the second consecutive year and finished the season with a 22-9 record. Hudson Alpert '26 was named the Continental League Pitcher of the Year and Head Coach Matt Darr was named the Continental League Coach of the Year.

  • Girls Golf—Earned fourth-place finishes at both the Class 5A Southern Regional Tournament and in the 5A Continental League and finished in 11th place at the 5A State Golf Championships in May, with Audrey Whitmore ’25 leading the team with a career-best fifth-place tie.

  • Boys Lacrosse—Advanced to the Class 5A State Quarterfinals and finished second in the Continental League with an 11-6 overall record on the season. Head Coach Ross Moscatelli was named the League Head Coach of the Year.

  • Girls Lacrosse—Advanced to the 5A State Semifinals and finished the regular season in second place in the League, securing a 14-4 overall record.

  • Boys Rugby—Placed third in the Rugby Colorado Spring High School Championships Tournament in May.

  • Girls Soccer—In his inaugural year as head coach of the Girls Varsity Soccer Team, Rick Wolf led the Raiders to a 7-5-4 overall record, third-place finish in the Continental League and a trip to the first round of the State Tournament.

  • Boys Swim & DiveSTATE RUNNERS-UP! Finished as 5A State Runners-Up for a second consecutive year with three individual swimmers, Reid Manger '25, Spencer Greene '28 and Trevyn Krauss '28, earning third-place finishes and the 200 Meter Relay team placing second to reach the podium. This same relay team also set a pool record earlier in the season.

  • Girls Tennis—Won the Individual Regional Tournament and advanced all seven lines to the Class 5A Individual State Tournament, where No. 3 Singles' Becky Gelfer ’25 represented the team on the podium with a third-place finish. The No. 3 Doubles Team of Abi Puschaver '27 and Brooklyn Craven '25 finished in fourth place. In the Team State Tournament, the sixth-seeded Raiders advanced to the Quarterfinals round.

  • Boys & Girls Track & Field—Five Raiders competed in the 5A State Track Championships in May, where three Raiders earned top 20 finishes. Charlie Dutmer ’25 finished third in the 110-meter hurdles, Dominic Dogue ‘25 finished in seventh place and Abigail Frei '25 placed 16th in pole vault.

  • Boys Volleyball—Went 11-14 on the season and advanced to the Class 5A Regional Tournament in May.
