We are a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory high school serving more than 1700 young men and women in grades 9-12 in becoming Men and Women with and for Others.
With nearly 150 years of history behind us, we are a Roman Catholic educational community rooted firmly in the nearly 500-year-old model of Jesuit education, leading the way in preparing students for the 21st century.
Our unique educational model combines the advantages of single-sex instruction with opportunities for young men and women to collaborate, serve, pray and socialize together to form the whole person—mind, body and spirit.
The strength of Regis Jesuit is found in the depth and diversity of its broad community of students, parents and alumni who strengthen and share their gifts through a lifelong Raider experience.
The transformational student experience has been developed thanks to a long tradition of generous philanthropic support of our enduring educational mission.
RJ GIRLS BASKETBALL PROGRAM SUPPORTS THE DENVER DREAM CENTER
Over Christmas Break, coaches, athletes and family members from the Girls Basketball program participated in the Santa's Elves Holiday Giving event on December 18 at Coors Field. This event is hosted by the Denver Dream Center, which works to restore hope and share God’s love with those suffering from poverty, crime and addiction. The organization also seeks to reconnect people who have been isolated by poverty, substance abuse, gangs, imprisonment, homelessness, abuse and neglect with God and to a community of support to meet both their physical and spiritual needs.
Through the program, the team adopted a family with four young daughters for the holidays, providing them with gifts and much-needed items from their wish list. In addition to meeting with their adopted family, they also volunteered during the event, helping to carry gifts to cars, handing out shoes, jackets and other winter essentials and helping elsewhere as needed. The girls enjoyed spending the day meeting with and supporting neighbors needing a hand over the holidays, becoming ever more grateful in the process for all the gifts God has bestowed upon them. Way to be with and for Others, Raiders!
