POMS COMPETES AT NATIONALS
The Varsity Poms Team made school history by qualifying for Finals in both the Pom and Jazz categories at the 2022 UDA National Dance Team Championship in Orlando, Florida on February 4-6. POMS TEAMS COMPETE AT REGIONALS
Congratulations to our Varsity and JV Poms Teams on their strong finishes at the UDA Rocky Mountain Dance Challenge Regional Tournament on Saturday, January 29. The Varsity Team finished second in Jazz, outscoring rivals Ponderosa and Chaparral, and took home a fourth-place finish in both Pom and Gameday. The JV squad also earned a second-place finish in Jazz and took sixth in Poms. Varsity Poms goes on to compete at the UDA National Dance Team Championship Competition in Florida this weekend. VARSITY POMS PLACES FOURTH AT STATE
Congratulations to the Varsity Poms Team on their historic fourth-place finish at the 2021-22 State Spirit Competition at the Broadmoor World Arena on December 11. Outscoring and outperforming school rivals Ponderosa and Grandview, the Raiders earned the first fourth-place finish in school history and secured a spot to compete in the finals. POMS OUTPERFORMS AT THE UDA MILE HIGH REGIONAL TOURNAMENT
Read MoreCongratulations to the Varsity Poms Team who broke the school record at the UDA Mile High Regional Tournament on November 13 by scoring a 91.175. They placed second for their Jazz routine, beating out longtime rivals Valor Christian, Ponderosa and former State Champions Cherokee Trail High School. They also scored sixth place out of 25 for their Pom routine. In addition, the JV Poms Team took home 13th place in Pom and a fourth in Jazz. Way to go, Raiders! -
VARSITY POMS WINS DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
Congratulations to the Varsity Pom Team on their great success in the first competition of the season, November 6. The Raiders placed first in Jazz, first in Gameday and third in Pom for the first time since 2018, earning the title of Division Champions!
