Advancement Office

The Advancement team works closely with alumni, parents, students, faculty/staff and companions of the school to build community, foster meaningful engagement and promote a culture of philanthropy that advances the mission of Regis Jesuit.

  • Office Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help with general office tasks—data entry, phone calls, mailings and other projects between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • New Parent Navigators
Volunteers are needed to serve as mentors for families new to the RJ community. Volunteers contact families and help them understand and navigate all the information they are receiving as a Regis Jesuit parent. The goal is to help these families feel more informed and find the resources they need within the school. Outreach begins in early August and will continue throughout the school year.
  • LARK Planning
The annual LARK Dinner-Auction is Regis Jesuit’s largest community fundraising event. Volunteers are needed from September to April for a variety of roles from serving on the steering committee to data entry to driving to pick up donations. There is no skill we cannot use! The LARK Kickoff meeting is in the fall.

Hosted by the President and the Advancement Office, this annual reception honors members of the President's Club, those who have made gifts at the $1877 level or higher during the prior fiscal year or since the beginning of the current fiscal year. The Advancement Office is looking for people who can help clean-up after the event.
