Advancement Office

The Advancement team works closely with alumni, parents, students, faculty/staff and companions of the school to build community, foster meaningful engagement and promote a culture of philanthropy that advances the mission of Regis Jesuit.

  • Office Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help with general office tasks—data entry, phone calls, mailings and other projects between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • New Parent Navigators
Volunteers are needed to serve as mentors for families new to the RJ community. Volunteers contact families and help them understand and navigate all the information they are receiving as a Regis Jesuit parent. The goal is to help these families feel more informed and find the resources they need within the school. Outreach begins in early August and will continue throughout the school year.
  • LARK Planning
The annual LARK Dinner-Auction is Regis Jesuit’s largest community fundraising event. Volunteers are needed from September to April for a variety of roles from serving on the steering committee to data entry to driving to pick up donations. There is no skill we cannot use! The LARK Kickoff meeting is in the fall.

A Campbell Campus tradition, the Pig Roast takes place at the nearby Jesuit Residence, where community members who purchased tickets at LARK join for fellowship and food to kick off the school year. Volunteers are needed for set up, clean up, and kitchen duties.

  • Ticket Stuffing Party
Volunteers are needed to help Advancement personnel stuff envelopes for our annual Raider Raffle. Raffle proceeds benefit special projects at Regis Jesuit. The drawing is held during halftime at the Homecoming football game.
  • Ticket Data Entry
Volunteers are needed for data entry to process tickets sold and returned. Help is needed starting 10 days before the Raffle, up to and including the afternoon and night of the Raffle.

President's Reception—December

The President's Reception is held annually in recognition of generous supporters of Regis Jesuit High School. Hosted by the President and the Advancement Office, this annual reception honors members of the President's Club, those who have made gifts at the $1877 level or higher during the prior fiscal year or since the beginning of the current fiscal year. The Advancement Office is looking for people who can help clean-up after the event.

St. John Francis Regis Blessing Event—APRIL

Celebrate Mass and then proceed to the Steele Center for a brunch for approximately 20-30 invitees. We would need two adults to help with some minor setup and assistance in the buffet line, drinks, etc.  In addition some minor cleanup after the event, would anticipate conclusion around noon.

  • Day Of
Advancement relies on many volunteers the day of LARK, Regis Jesuit’s biggest fundraiser. A myriad of opportunities throughout the day are available such as decorating the venue, helping with registration, runningthe auction, cleaning up and so much more!
  • Wrap Up
After the festivities, there is still a lot of work to be done! Volunteers are needed in the weeks following LARK to reconcile accounts, organize items and supplies and acknowledge everyone who supported the auction.

Raider Legacy Event—MAY

The Raider Legacy Breakfast recognizes the families of graduating seniors with a parent or grandparent who has also graduated from Regis Jesuit High School. The Advancement Office is looking for a few people who can assist in serving breakfast. Please sign up below if you can help!
