Advancement Office Volunteers
- Ongoing
Volunteers are needed to help with general office tasks—data entry, phone calls, mailings and other projects between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on a weekly or monthly basis.

New Parent Navigators - Ongoing
Volunteers are needed to serve as mentors for families new to the RJ community. Volunteers contact families and help them understand and navigate all the information they are receiving as a Regis Jesuit parent. The goal is to help these families feel more informed and find the resources they need within the school. Outreach begins in early August and will continue throughout the school year.

LARK Planning - Ongoing
The annual LARK Dinner-Auction is Regis Jesuit’s largest community fundraising event. Volunteers are needed from September to April for a variety of roles from serving on the steering committee to data entry to driving to pick up donations. There is no skill we cannot use! The LARK Kickoff meeting is in the fall.

Pig Roast - August
The Advancement Office sponsors the Pig Roast. A Regis Jesuit tradition, the Pig Roast takes place at the nearby Jesuit Residence, where community members who purchased tickets at LARK join for fellowship and food to kick off the school year. Volunteers are needed for set up, clean up, and kitchen duties.

The Rudy Cup Golf Tournament - September
Come enjoy a beautiful summer day volunteering for The Rudy Cup Golf Tournament, which is enjoyed by alumni, parents, students, faculty and friends of Regis Jesuit. You can help ahead of time by stuffing goodie bags or the day of by supervising the putting contest.

Alumni Homecoming BBQ - September
In the fall, all alumni and their families are invited back to campus for an informal gathering before attending a Regis Jesuit Homecoming football game. The Alumni Relations Office is looking for volunteers to help with event set up, registration, and clean up.

Raider Raffle Prep - September
  • Ticket Stuffing Party
The Advancement Office needs volunteers to help stuff envelopes for our annual Raider Raffle. Raffle proceeds benefit special projects at Regis Jesuit. The drawing is held during halftime at the Homecoming football game.

  • Ticket Data Entry
The Advancement Office needs volunteers for data entry to process tickets sold and returned. Help is needed starting 10 days before the Raffle, up to and including the afternoon and night of the Raffle.
President's Reception - December
The President's Reception is held annually in recognition of generous supporters of Regis Jesuit High School. Hosted by the President and the Advancement Office, this annual reception honors members of the President's Club, those who have made gifts at the $1877 level or higher during the prior fiscal year or since the beginning of the current fiscal year. The Advancement Office is looking for people who can help clean-up after the event.
  • Day Of
The Advancement Office relies on many volunteers the day of LARK, Regis Jesuit’s biggest fundraiser event. A myriad of opportunities throughout the day are available such as decorating the venue, helping with registration, runningthe auction, cleaning up and so much more!

  • Wrap Up
After the festivities, there is still a lot of work to be done! The Advancement Office needs volunteers in the weeks following LARK to reconcile accounts, organize items and supplies and acknowledge everyone who supported the auction.
