Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan

The Regis Jesuit Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan was developed during the 2015-16 school year in an effort led by the school's diversity directors. It consisted of extensive information-gathering from all key community constituents and stakeholders including the students, alums, faculty, parents, donors, school administration and board members over a period of several months. The process produced a five-year diversity strategic plan that was ratified by the President and Board of Trustees in 2016.

During the 2020-21 school year, we are revisiting and refining the Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan utilizing an institution-wide cultural audit instrument, the NAIS' Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM). This assessment will provide a measurement of results from the current diversity strategic plan as well as guide the school in determining the next steps for diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic planning efforts for the Regis Jesuit community for the next five years.
