CROSS COUNTRY REGIONAL RESULTS

Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams who competed in the Class 5A Regional Tournament on October 19 at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds in Aurora. Both teams celebrated top finishes— the boys placed second and the girls placed third—qualifying both teams for the 2023 State Championships taking place next Saturday, October 28 at Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs.

Top finishers for the girls were Ashlyn Pallotta '24 and Erika Danzer '24 who placed sixth and seventh respectively. Braedan Focht '25 led the boys team with a fourth-place finish followed closely by Caleb Aex '25 and David Flaig '24 who finished 10th and 11th place respectively. Way to go, Raiders! 

Ahead of Regionals, both teams also posted strong finishes at the 2023 Class 5A Continental League Championship Meet on October 12 at Salisbury Equestrian Park. Braeden Focht '24 led the boys team finishing fifth individually, helping the team place seventh overall. The Girls Cross Country Team finished sixth overall led by Ashlyn Pallotta '24 who finished in 10th Place.
