GIRLS SWIM & DIVE COMPETES AT LEAGUES
Congratulations to the Girls Swim & Dive Team on their strong fifth-place finish at the Continental “A” League Championships held on February 2-3. The team was buoyed by the 1-Meter diving team, led by Sarah Mann '24, who edged out teammate Maya Kriz '24, to repeat as League Champion. In recognition of her incredible performance, Mann was also awarded the 2023-24 Continental League Diver of the Year.

With seven in the top 13 in the standings, RJ divers earned most of the points toward the overall team score, with Mann celebrating a season-high score of 449.40 points at the event. Top swimming events for the Raiders were the 200-yard Freestyle and 400-yard Freestyle Relays in which they took sixth place. The team advances to compete at the Class 5A State Meet on February 7-9 at the Veterans’ Memorial Aquatic Center.
